Overview
The Chat Message feature is a communication tool that allows hoteliers to directly message planners within the Hopskip platform regarding specific RFPs for updates, questions, and follow up.
Ways to Access Your Chat Messages:
Your RFP dashboard

Envelope icon on the top right corner of your platform

Key Features & Limitations
Planner Control:
The Message Planner feature is 100% at the planner's discretion
Planners can toggle this feature on/off as needed for Industry Contacts on their RFPs
Access Restrictions:
Market Availability leads do not have access to contact the planner through this feature
Only hoteliers associated with a specific RFP and property can use the messaging feature for that RFP
Use Cases:
Asking clarification questions about RFP requirements
Following up on proposal submissions
Discussing event-specific details
Requesting additional information needed to complete a proposal
Bulk Messaging
Send one message to multiple contacts included in your RFP:
Open up the RFP that includes the contacts that you would like to message
Click on the 'Chat Messaging' tab
Click 'Message Multiple Contacts' in the top right
Select the contacts you would like to message by shortlist, by status, or individually
Type out your message
Click 'Send Message' all the way at the bottom once all recipients are selected!
