Please find your role below to address RFP access issues, if you're not finding an expected RFP in your Hopskip dashboard.
Planners
If an RFP has been cancelled, contract signed, or the date has passed, you'll want to switch over to the 'Table View' of your dashboard.
Tip: This list will include all of your historical RFPs so leverage the search bar to identify a specific RFP by either code or title!
Hoteliers
If the Planner or an invited industry contact (NSO/GSO, DMO) has added a hotel that is listed on your personal profile to an RFP, you will see it in your dashboard.
Possible issues could include:
Your hotel was not included on this RFP
Your hotel is not added to your associated properties under 'My Profile'
Click your initials in the top right corner-> My Properties, reach out if we need to help add a hotel to your profile
Suppliers/Affiliates
If the Planner has personally named you as an industry contact, or if you directly support a team member that was named on the RFP, you will see it in your dashboard.
Possible issues could include:
You or the team member you support were not included on this RFP
You or the team member you support are missing a chain, DMO, or CVB affiliation
Reach out so that we can help associate you with the correct organizations
"I received an email for this lead but can't find it in my Hopskip dashboard? 🤔"
Was this lead email sent to you directly from Hopskip?
No: Please reach out to the person who forwarded the lead and ask that they reach out to Hopskip support for help adding you/your property to the RFP
