Managing Hopskip Email Notifications:
Your RFP notifications can be reviewed and updated by visiting your profile settings.
Visit your profile in the top right corner of your user dashboard
Choose "My Profile"
Select the "Notification Settings" tab
Customize Your RFP Email Notifications:
In the Notification Settings section, you will find a list of possible notifications related to the RFP process and your Hopskip account. These options are specific to your role (Planner, Hotelier, Supplier, Affiliate, etc.).
Next to each type of notification, you will find a toggle switch to turn them on/off.
Reminder Frequency
If your profile includes reminder emails, you will see a list of reminders that you can customize relative to when and how often you receive them.
The popup window will describe what triggers the reminder
For example, An RFP is due for a decision or RFP Decision date has passed.
Next choose when to receive the first reminder email - on the day, or any number of days before/after the date.
You can receive additional emails by clicking Send Again
You can remove the last email by clicking Remove.
Saving Your Preferences
Once you have adjusted the switches to match your preferred notification settings, the HopSkip system will automatically save your updated notification setting, and your new notification preferences will be set.
You can also save any updates to your profile by selecting "save profile" in the top right-hand corner of the screen, underneath your initials.
