Managing Your Hotel Sales Team in HopSkip

Collaborate effectively with your hotel sales team by inviting colleagues to HopSkip and assigning them to specific RFPs for faster response times.

Inviting Team Members to HopSkip, Step by Step

There are two simple ways to add colleagues to your hotel's HopSkip account:

Method 1: Using the Invite Icon

  1. Click the invite icon located at the bottom of the left navigation panel

  2. Select "Invite your co-workers to join your hotel sales team on HopSkip"

  3. Enter the contact's name and email address

  4. Click "Send invitation"

Method 2: Through the Team Tab

  1. Go to your property profile

  2. Click the "Team" tab

  3. Click "Invite"

  4. Type in their email address and press "Invite"

What happens next: The invited contact will receive an email notification with a "Sign Up" link. Once they create their username and password, their HopSkip account will be automatically set up with access to your hotel's RFPs.

Managing Your Team's Settings

  1. Go to your property profile

  2. Click the "Team Members" tab

  3. Here you can review registered and invited team members, assign specific roles, and select who should "Receive all RFPs"

Assigning Team Members To RFPs

Once your team is set up in HopSkip, you can assign specific RFPs to individual team members using three methods:

Assigning from the RFP Dashboard

  1. Locate the RFP you want to assign in your dashboard

  2. Click the clipboard icon in the top right corner of the RFP

  3. Select a team member from the dropdown list

  4. Click "Assign"

The assignee will receive an email notification immediately!

Assigning Within an RFP

  1. Open the RFP request from the dashboard

  2. Click the "Assign" button in the top right corner

  3. Select a team member from the dropdown list

  4. Click "Assign" to finalize

Assigning New RFPs When They Arrive

When a hotel property contact opens an RFP initially, a popup appears to notify the hotel that the RFP status will change from "RFP not opened" to "Review in Progress." From this screen:

  1. Click the assign button in the top right corner

  2. If the team member already has a HopSkip account, select them from the dropdown

  3. If they don't have an account yet, enter their email address—they'll receive an invitation to access the RFP in HopSkip

Once assigned, the team member's email address will appear in the upper right section of any tab within that specific RFP.
