Two Ways to Search:
Outside of an RFP (Pre-RFP Search)
To initiate a hotel search outside of an RFP, click the magnifying glass on the left-hand side. This takes you to a pre-RFP hotel search where you can explore options and build lists before committing to an RFP. Click "Add to List" to save hotels to an existing or new list.
Tip: You can later download these lists as pre-RFP hotel reports or create an RFP directly from your list.
Within an RFP
To search for hotels within an existing RFP, click the "Add hotels" tab. This allows you to search and add properties directly to your active RFP. Click "Add to RFP" from either the search results or the hotel details page (upper right corner).
Tip: If you can't find the hotel in our search database, please reach out via chat and we'll add it to your search results immediately!
Location-Based Search
Enter a city, landmark, location, hotel name, or address to see hotels within a 25-mile radius. You can adjust the search radius using the 'Filters' button and you can toggle between the list/map view in the top right.
Available Filters:
Guest rooms (min and max)
Meeting Space (total square feet or total rooms)
Rating (3rd party star rating)
Chains & Brands (select one or more)
Hotel Affiliates
Airport distance & tier (default, can't be removed but distance can be extended up to 100 miles if this is not relevant to your search)
Sorting:
The default sort is by relevance, however you can update the sort by clicking the relevance drop down just below the 'Filter' and 'Search' buttons.
Quick Tips:
If you have 'Apply RFP Criteria' selected and are not receiving the amount of results you expect, please uncheck this option and review your other filters.
You can search without entering a location, meeting space, or guest rooms as long as a filter is applied! Adjust one or more of the filters to search by hotel chain, as an example. You won't need to click 'Search', just save the filter selection and the hotel list will update.
Check which hotels have been added so far by clicking the 'View Added Hotels' button.

Hotels matching your criteria appear as cards and each card shows:
Photo carousel
Room and space capacities
Local star rating
Marketing affiliation logo (if applicable)
Special offers (indicated in the lower left corner)
Scroll down to continuously load more results. Then click anywhere between the photo carousel and the "Add to list" button to open a detailed view with comprehensive information:
Additional photos: Click "Show all photos" to browse the complete gallery
Hotel Overview: Address, phone number, and website
Rooms and Event Space Summary: Capacities and property description
Affiliated organizations: CVBs, DMOs, and sales/marketing affiliates who can answer questions and facilitate responses
Hotel location: Nearby airports and an interactive map
Meeting Space: Detailed meeting room capacities, ceiling heights, and maximum capacities. Click "View Capacities" for attendee capacities in standard layouts
Comparable Hotels: Other properties that planners frequently source when considering this hotel
Tip: Individual notes can be added for each hotel in your list, providing personalized insights about each property.
