This guide walks you through the complete process of submitting your crafted proposals back to the Planner using the HopSkip platform.
Step 1: Review The Proposal You've Crafted
In the Review Proposal tab, you'll find your complete proposal summary including rates and total projected costs.

The Proposal Completion Status shows an overview of completed sections versus any missing information to tell you exactly which proposal builder tabs still require attention.
Important Tip: If you're unable to submit, please revisit any of the required tabs and/or fields highlighted in red. Sections marked with a red exclamation mark (!) must be completed before submission. Fields turn to green checkmarks once complete.
To identify what's missing, hover over any red exclamation mark for specific details. If changes are needed, return to the Proposal Builder tab to make adjustments.
Step 2: Submit Your Proposal
Once all required information is entered (no red exclamation marks), click Submit Proposal on the Submit Proposal tab.
After submission, you'll receive a confirmation message and the planner can begin reviewing your proposal.
Step 3: Tracking and Follow Up
Track the status of your proposal from the card view or the recent activity bar on the right side of your dashboard.
