Adding and Automatically Including Sales and Marketing Material in Hotel Proposals
Hotels can upload standard sales and marketing material to be included in hotel proposals on HopSkip in the document library section of the hotel profile.
Accessing your Hotel Profile on HopSkip
Click on the property profile icon on the left-hand side of the HopSkip account.
Uploading Sales and Marketing Material
Click on the document library section of your hotel profile to upload the document to your document library.
Managing Documents Visibility
Once uploaded, you can rename the document. You can also select which documents to share with planners for them to review during their hotel search.
Automatically Including Documents in Proposals
Navigate to the proposal defaults tab in your property profile to specify that certain documents are automatically shared when you submit a proposal on HopSkip.
You can also set up certain documents to be included only based on the request type, such as including a floorplan document only when the RFP requests meeting space or a menu only when the RFP requests F&B services.
