You can contact the planner as an NSO or sales affiliate in two ways. First, on the RFP summary tab that we're currently on, you will see the planner's contact information if they shared it.

You can contact them via chat if they haven't shared their email address or phone number as it is optional for them to do so. To contact the planner via chat, click on the "Message Planner" tab.

Here, you can chat with the planner and send them a message. It works like LinkedIn. If you're not on HopSkip, you will receive an email with the message in the body of the email itself.
