To suggest or add hotels to a planner's RFP, open the RFP and go to the "Suggest Hotels" tab.

From there, type in the name of the hotel you wish to add. The planner's criteria will be found on the right-hand sidebar.

Then click the plus sign. If there still needs to be a contact associated with the property, please put that contact's information in, or you can also put the lead catcher's email box there.

Click "Save and Send".
