The RFP Dashboard is your command center for managing every proposal and venue conversation in one place. It’s designed to give you clarity and control at a glance—no digging through emails or scattered updates.
How to Access the RFP Dashboard
Click the RFP tab in the main navigation menu to access your RFP Dashboard. This will take you directly to your RFP dashboard, where all your RFPs are managed.
Here’s what you’ll find on your RFP Dashboard:
RFP Statuses & Insights:
The top section of your dashboard gives you a full snapshot of your active sourcing efforts, including:
How many RFPs are currently in progress, and what stage each is in
Any unread proposals or messages that need your attention
RFPs that are due soon, overdue, or waiting on a decision, so that you can prioritize your next steps
Key performance metrics like total open vs. awarded RFPs, lifetime RFP value, and your current book of business
Filters & Views:
Depending on your preference, you can toggle between a card view and a table view. Use filters to sort RFPs by owner or status, and quickly find what matters most.
Switching Between Card and Table Views
The "View by" toggle button at the top right of the RFP list allows you to switch between the card view and table view, allowing you to choose the layout that best suits your workflow.
Table View:
The Table View displays your RFPs in a spreadsheet-like format, allowing you to quickly scan, sort, and filter key details across all your proposals simultaneously.
This view is ideal for power users who want to efficiently compare data and manage multiple RFPs.
Card View:
The Card View presents each RFP as an individual card, showing the most important details—such as event name, status, and due dates—at a glance.
This layout is great for users who prefer a visual overview and want to easily see the status and progress of each RFP.
Recent Activity Feed:
On the right-hand side, you’ll see a stream of recent activity—a new proposal received, a message sent, or a deadline updated. This gives you quick visibility into movement across all RFPs.
RFP Summary:
A concise overview of all your active and completed RFPs, making it easy to track progress at a glance.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Can I assign an RFP to someone else on my team?
Yes. You can use the owner filter to view RFPs by team member and reassign ownership from within the RFP card.
What do the colored status bars on each RFP card mean?
They indicate the current stage of the RFP—draft, sent, responded, overdue, or awarded. Hover over the bar for a quick description.
Why isn’t my RFP showing up in the dashboard?
Ensure you’re not filtering by owner or status in a way that hides it. Clear filters to see all RFPs, or use the search bar.
Can I filter RFPs by deadline?
Yes. Use the filter panel to select a deadline range and view only relevant RFPs.
How do I mark an RFP as complete?
Open the RFP, go to the Agreement tab, and click the “Mark as signed” button at the top right of the page.
Can I export my RFP data?
Yes. The export option is available by clicking the "download" option on your RFP Dashboard.
