Step 1: Review the RFP
To access the RFP summary, open the RFP and navigate to the RFP Summary tab. Here you will find:
RFP Summary: Provides key event details, including group type, peak room nights, event space needs, lead source, and planner contact. Ensure you carefully review these details to align your proposal with the planner’s needs.
Program Info: Provides group/event profiles, success criteria, deal breakers, and event history (if applicable).
Contract Details: Lists planner contact info, contract signatory, payment terms, and reservation methods.
Step 2: Create Your Proposal
Navigate to the Proposal Builder tab and complete all required fields.
The key sections include:
Room Rate
Event Space
F&B (Food & Beverage)
Questions
Concessions
Contract Clauses
General
Taxes & Fees
Attachments
Highlight that sections marked with a red exclamation mark (!) must be filled before submission.
Step 3: Review Your Proposal
In the Review Proposal tab, you will find your proposal summary for review, including rates and the total projected cost.
The Proposal Completion Status will provide an overview of what required information is completed or is still missing from your proposal.
If you need to make any changes to your proposal, you can return to the Proposal Builder tab and make the necessary adjustments.
Step 3: Submit Your Proposal
Once all required information has been added to your proposal, click Submit Proposal to submit it.
After you submit your proposal, you'll receive a confirmation message, and the planner can begin reviewing your proposal.
