How to Locate and Re-Open Inactive RFPs

If you are a hotelier and have recently turned down or lost a booking, you may need to locate and re-open the RFP in order to submit a proposal. This can easily be done by following these simple steps:

Step 1: Access Your RFP Dashboard

To begin, navigate to your RFP Dashboard by clicking on the six dots icon located on the left-hand sidebar of your screen.

Step 2: Click on "Inactive RFPs"

Once you have accessed your RFP Dashboard, look towards the center-left of the screen and click on the "Inactive RFPs" button. This will bring up a list of all inactive RFPs.

Alternative Step 2: View Proposal History

If you are unable to locate the RFP you are looking for in the "Inactive RFPs" section, you can also access it by clicking on the Proposal History tab on the left-hand sidebar. This will bring up a list of all past proposals.

Step 3: Re-open the RFP

Once you have located the RFP you need to re-open, simply click on the name of the RFP. This will bring up the RFP details page.

In the top center of the screen, you will see an "Update Proposal" button. Click on this button to either submit a new proposal or edit the proposal you have already submitted.

Step 4: Submit Your Proposal

After making any necessary changes to your proposal, remember to go to the "Submit Proposal" tab and click the "Submit Proposal" button to ensure your proposal is received.

Congratulations! You have successfully located and re-opened an inactive RFP. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
